About the Role
Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready for a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a team that values its community.
Responsibilities
- Complete the turn/make ready process of vacant apartments.
- Assist the team with maintenance work orders.
- Maintain property grounds on a daily basis.
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth property operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
- Willingness to train and work towards HVAC certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.).
- Ability to drive a golf cart.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors year-round.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Background check required.
