About the Role

As the first hire on our Delivery team in Europe, the Senior Consultant is a senior, client-facing delivery and solution design role responsible for leading the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing evolution of ENGIN™ within complex utility environments across Europe. This role is accountable for translating client asset management, planning, and analytics needs into practical, scalable ENGIN solutions, ensuring implementations are technically sound, adopted by users, and aligned with client business objectives. The Senior Consultant is a hands-on practitioner and technical leader within the Client Delivery organization. The Senior Consultant is the primary technical authority and delivery lead for assigned implementations and expansions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for ENGIN implementations, expansions, and complex configuration initiatives.
  • Translate client asset, reliability, cost, and planning challenges into ENGIN data models, workflows, and analytics configurations.
  • Design scalable solutions that balance client-specific needs with product standards and long-term maintainability.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients on asset analytics, planning methodologies, and ENGIN best practices.
  • Lead day-to-day delivery activities for assigned client projects, including requirements discovery and validation, data ingestion, transformation, and validation, configuration of ENGIN modules and workflows, and user training and enablement.
  • Partner with client technical teams to ensure successful deployment in real operational environments.
  • Ensure implementations meet agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Work directly with client practitioners, analysts, and subject-matter experts to understand asset management, identify workflow gaps, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and working sessions.
  • Support the Client Success Manager by providing deep technical context during client discussions, escalations, and roadmap conversations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to shape requirements, validate use cases, and inform prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to clarify implementation needs, edge cases, and production considerations.
  • Collaborate with DevOps / Infrastructure / Security teams to support releases and client environments.
  • Identify recurring implementation patterns, friction points, and enhancement opportunities across clients.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to product and engineering teams grounded in real client usage.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, implementation methodologies, and delivery standards.
  • Support pre-sales and expansion activities by assisting with technical discovery and solution scoping, estimating implementation effort and delivery approach, and demonstrating ENGIN capabilities.
  • Participate in conferences, industry events, and client demonstrations as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience working with electric or gas utilities, infrastructure analytics, or enterprise asset management environments.
  • Hands-on experience with asset data (health, reliability, risk, cost, performance).
  • Experience implementing or working with enterprise platforms such as EAM, GIS, analytics, or planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in large, complex data sets.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous client problems into structured, implementable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and delivery.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models.
