About the Role

The InnoCoDev team operates as a strategic function within Professional Services, partnering with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate industry-wide solutions. This initiative establishes a SWAT team to identify, cultivate, and operationalize co-development partnerships, showcasing Guidewire Professional Services' value and capturing premium service opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments.
  • Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions.
  • Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development.
  • Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.
  • Hands-on full-stack development experience, including modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software.
  • Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.
  • Works effectively with limited guidance from others, consistently applying established best practices and standards.
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
  • Consulting versatility, communication skills, and industry empathy.
  • Ownership mindset: delivery, quality, cost, scope, timeline.
