- Establish, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, critical paths, and comprehensive RAID logs.
- Coordinate and align vast, cross-functional enterprise teams, including customer champions, system administrators, business leads, and third-party implementation partners.
- Establish a rigorous engagement cadence, facilitate steering committee meetings, and provide regular strategic status updates to project sponsors and corporate executives.
- Scope and manage project dependencies around technical validation, identity provider setups, and third-party application or custom ERP integration touchpoints.
- Define clear entry and exit criteria for testing phases, oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), and support customer teams through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycles.
- Architect detailed cutover plans, production readiness checklists, environment data cleanups, and final production sync strategies.
- Lead post-launch Hypercare operations, actively monitoring adoption, resolving deployment friction points, and managing a transition to steady-state ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide software deployments as a Project Manager, ERP Project Manager, or PMO Lead.
- Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise financial, ERP, or P2P system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS, Coupa).
- Proven track record of operating with rigorous project management methodologies, corporate governance structures, change control procedures, and risk-mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making, push back constructively, manage difficult personalities, and establish executive alignment.
