About the Role
Design technical approaches to teach agents to understand and handle complex proteomic data, mapping end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to scientific decisions. Lead a team of software engineers and biologists in building datasets for agent reasoning across various proteomics techniques.

Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with genomics or genetics data
- Experience in drug mechanism of action studies using population genomics
- Prior contribution to a novel genomics method, tool, or published pipeline
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
