About the Role

As Senior Manager, Finance, you will be the bridge between raw data and the company’s DNA. This role requires a strategist who can translate financial data into compelling narratives, own the intersection of strategy and execution, build financial models, navigate audits and investor reporting, challenge the status quo, and optimize the software stack for efficiency and scale.

Responsibilities

• Identify key metrics, processes, and truths to drive financial success.
• Build sophisticated financial models and KPIs to hold business leaders accountable to revenue targets.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, manage expenses and cash flow.
• Communicate results and identify operational efficiencies.
• Own and optimize the financial tech stack, including AI efficiencies.
• Oversee financial results from external bookkeepers, compare against forecasts, and deliver month-end packages.
• Autonomously manage the year-end audit process and draft technical accounting papers.
• Contribute to drafting the financial narrative for investors and the Board of Directors.
• Create comprehensive quarterly reporting packages.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA/CA designation required.
• Experience building and improving financial processes and systems.
• Ability to build business cases that drive operational decisions or shift company direction.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating complex financial models.
• Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable stories with minimal guidance.
• Deep experience in FP&A, including sophisticated business cases and monthly statement analysis.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel and tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite).
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to help the team meet tight deadlines.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.
