About the Role
FastMile Logistics LLC is actively hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the Rochester area. We are an independent company that partners with Amazon to deliver packages safely and on time. We are building a strong team from the ground up and are looking for dependable delivery drivers who want consistent work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle at all times
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Deliver 200–250+ packages per day
- Load and organize packages at the warehouse
- Use a company device for navigation and delivery confirmation
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work independently while being part of a team
- Stay active throughout your shift (this is a physical, fast-paced job)
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
