About the Role
Lexus of Austin, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Sales Managers are critical to the success of the dealership, helping their sales team produce results and build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Help sales team produce results.
- Build lasting and meaningful customer relationships.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dealership.
- Set sales goals based on individual skill levels.
- Maintain an appealing showroom to draw customer interest.
- Set monthly and annual goals for the Sales Department with the General Manager.
- Report on progress towards goals.

- Collect relevant information.
- Selectively audit performance.

Requirements
- At least two years of automotive retail management experience.
- At least two years of automotive retail sales experience.
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
