About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner for the Revenue organization, you will be a strategic catalyst for global teams driving Docebo's hyper-growth. You will partner directly with senior leaders across Global Sales, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations to transform business goals into scalable people strategies. This role involves championing an empowering leadership culture, navigating organizational transformations, and impacting a key team that fuels global success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior Revenue stakeholders to orchestrate organizational design, headcount governance, and workforce planning aligned with business budgets.
  • Coach and mentor managers to elevate leadership effectiveness, drive accountability, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.
  • Spearhead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management calibration to improve long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Total Rewards to maximize the design and rollout of sales incentives and compensation plans.
  • Diagnose organizational needs using talent analytics and deliver data-backed recommendations for business decisions.
  • Partner with Legal and People Operations to resolve employee relations, cross-border employment dynamics, and compliance matters.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR experience
  • 3+ years of HRBP experience, ideally within a fast-moving, high-change SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience supporting sales, customer experience, or revenue operations organizations across North American and global markets.
  • Deep, practical understanding of organizational restructures, workforce prioritization, and change management methodologies.
  • Well-versed in navigating complex compensation decisions, managing sales incentive plans, title shifts, and commission-related escalations.
  • Master-level coaching, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities, demonstrating a strong bias for action, integrity, and ownership.
