About the Role
This is a hands-on change management practitioner role focused on driving change management execution, managing the change network, conducting stakeholder readiness assessments, monitoring resistance, and tracking adoption. You will also support the creation, management, and tracking of program communications.
Responsibilities
- Build, activate, and sustain a change champion network end-to-end.
- Deploy resistance observation tools through the network to surface emerging patterns and system workarounds early.
- Design and execute function-level behavioral change strategies.
- Apply audience segmentation, behavioral nudge strategies, and data-driven approaches to drive measurable adoption.
- Lead technology and system adoption using appropriate approaches and interventions.
- Track behavioral and adoption indicators at the function level to identify needed engagement, support, and enablement.
- Design and execute stakeholder readiness assessments.
- Monitor resistance patterns across the organization and produce resistance reports.
- Identify resistance findings with recommended mitigations and collaborate with workstream and program leadership to execute.
- Translate change data, resistance patterns, and readiness findings into executive-ready insights.
- Equip leaders and managers to act as visible, consistent change agents.
- Support KPI data collection across the change management workstream.
- Support the creation, management, and tracking of program communications.
- Maintain awareness of the communications calendar and flag gaps or conflicts.
Requirements
- 15+ years in organizational change management with direct experience on enterprise-wide transformations.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading change management and communications activities and campaigns on programs of comparable scale.
- Experience driving transformation messaging, reporting, and supporting technical and organizational change communications.
- Proven ability to design and execute stakeholder readiness assessments and resistance monitoring programs.
- Strong analytical capability to identify patterns in resistance and adoption data.
- Peer-level facilitation skills across mid-level and senior leaders.
- Proven ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity on a program that will evolve over multiple years.
- Experience in a SaaS, software, or technology business model transformation.
