About the Role

State Street Investment Management is building the next generation of ETF distribution by embedding directly into digital wealth platforms. This Vice President will lead Direct Retail Digital Wealth Partnerships, focusing on signing long-term, scalable partnerships that integrate SSIM ETF capabilities into digital brokers, neo banks, robo advisors, and embedded finance ecosystems. The role requires a platform dealmaker with experience in strategic partnerships, user growth, and monetization economics.

  • Identify next growth engines for the business beyond ETF as a Service.
  • Contribute to international strategy by transferring successful models across regions.
  • Act as the commercial owner across product, capital markets, legal, and finance.
  • Translate platform needs into institutional capabilities.
  • Push for speed, clarity, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in fintech, digital brokerage, asset management partnerships, or platform strategy.
  • Experience signing large, complex, multi-year distribution or monetization agreements.
  • Understanding of platform economics including user acquisition, engagement, recurring revenue, and margin leverage.
