As an RN Educator, you will design, organize, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs, orientations, and continuing education. You will facilitate the professional growth, skill development, and competency of staff, ensuring these programs primarily support the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. - Bachelors Of Science Nursing required upon hire.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse required upon hire.
- Registered Nurse license in KY required upon hire.
- Basic Life Support - CPR certification required upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification required within 6 months.
