About the Role

CTG is seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to lead multiple Agile development teams for our client. This role will provide servant leadership, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery for multiple teams.
  • Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and Agile best practices.
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Track Agile metrics and communicate team progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational risk and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years on Agile teams, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, ATDD, TDD, and continuous integration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership-by-influence skills.
  • Experience with digital product development and Design Thinking is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
