About the Role
As a Closets by Design Sales Designer, you are provided with pre-set appointments with nice people, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our designers enjoy a strong level of tenure, with an average of 4 years, and some staying with us for 10+ years.
Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help our customers with their home organizational needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Strong passion and enthusiasm to be highly successful
- In-home sales is preferred
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
