About the Role

Clearwater at The Arboretum is a premier luxury senior living community in Austin, TX seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact, setting a warm and welcoming tone for visitors. The role involves greeting guests, answering phones, relaying messages, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative duties across departments. The Concierge is also a key contact during community emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure front entrance, lobby, and reception areas are neat, clean, and organized.
• Greet all visitors and offer assistance.
• Answer, transfer, and deliver calls professionally.
• Monitor visitors, manage sign-in/out logs, and report suspicious activity.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Accept and report resident special requests.
• Maintain the community's lost and found system.
• Order and replenish administrative supplies.
• Support the Executive Director and other departments with administrative functions.
• Maintain and check meal attendance tracking forms, alerting staff to room service needs or absent residents.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues immediately.
• Comply with Clearwater Living standards and policies for safe and efficient operations.
• Encourage teamwork through open communication.
• Display a positive and professional image, maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification is a plus.
