About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Semarchy MDM Developer to design, develop, and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Semarchy Data Platform with AI. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to govern enterprise master data, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and trusted data across various domains.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data models, including entities, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships within Semarchy (SDP).
  • Define and maintain business rules, reference data, and master data structures.
  • Configure and manage data quality rules, validation checks, data profiling, and cleansing processes.
  • Develop and implement match-and-merge strategies to create and maintain golden records.
  • Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Build and configure REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange and integration.
  • Design and implement data ingestion and synchronization processes from multiple source systems.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support end-to-end master data workflows.
  • Develop and enhance workflows that enable data stewards to review, approve, enrich, and maintain master data.
  • Support business users by translating requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot MDM processes and job executions.
  • Optimize application performance and data processing efficiency.
  • Manage model editions and deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions using Semarchy SDP and xDM.
  • Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations and data governance initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, SemQL, and AI capabilities in SDP.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data quality management, and master data governance concepts.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with application deployment, integrations, and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
