About the Role
Felix is seeking innovative Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team of healthcare providers. At the cutting edge of virtual care, Felix connects patients with medical professionals to help them address and treat their lifestyle health concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide online care across Canada.
- Address patient needs by logging in every 24-48 hours.
- Provide a minimum of 4 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner licensed in Prince Edward Island (PEI).
- Preference for NPs with cross-jurisdictional licensure.
- 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Demonstrated experience of providing patients with the best possible care.
- Physically located in Prince Edward Island (PEI).
- Must have a PEI billing number, required for ordering laboratory testing.
- Member in good standing of the College(s) where they hold the title of Nurse Practitioner.
- Maintain eligibility and willingness to be licensed in other provinces.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow the code of conduct as per the governing body of their province/territory.
- Experience in telemedicine.
- Proficient understanding of technology, EMRs and remote work.
- Adaptable and open to change.
