About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as a facilitator to support the team in reaching their objectives while contributing to the establishment of a pleasant and efficient environment.
- Work closely with the team and provide vision and leadership.
- Ensure proactive and effective communication at all levels and mobilize teams.
- Anticipate problems and sensible situations, propose solutions and participate in the resolution.
- Work with the manager and project manager to determine sprint priorities.
- Formalize delivery processes, quality control and the "Definition of Done".
- Guide the team in applying the AGILE methodology while adapting the methodology according to the needs of the team and the context of deliveries.
- Measure the velocity of the team and the progress of the deliverables.
- Plan and coordinate deployments, prepare deployment plans, and produce evidence for implementation.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
- 3 + years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- 7 + years of experience in software engineering.
- Good understanding of integration and continuous delivery processes.
- Strong experience of software engineering practices such as Agile, DevOps, CI and CD and others.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout their employment and are solely responsible for maintaining their work eligibility.

- 94,200 - 115,200 (based on a 35-hour workweek)
