About the Role

TrendAI is building a dedicated executive-communications and thought-leadership program to expand the presence of its executive voices across relevant outlets, topics, and channels. This role will build and run this program, including developing spokespeople through working sessions and transforming their voice into reusable assets. It's a first-class executive-communications role blending program-building, executive coaching, and in-voice writing.

Responsibilities

Grow executive visibility by mapping each priority spokesperson's target presence and systematically expanding it.
Identify and secure placement, speaking, byline, podcast, and social opportunities for executives.
Maintain per-spokesperson POV documents to manage opportunities.
Co-build and run the thought-leadership program's cadence of working sessions with spokespeople.
Manage the spokesperson roster, ensuring balanced coverage and representation across channels.
Partner with PR and the editorial engine to coordinate executive voice with the broader narrative.

Requirements

7+ years in executive communications, PR, or thought-leadership programs.
Direct, first-class executive communications experience (ghostwriting/voice, placement, executive positioning).
Track record of landing executive visibility (placements, bylines, keynotes, podcasts) for senior leaders.
Excellent writing and editorial judgment; ability to capture and reproduce an executive's authentic voice.
Comfortable coaching and challenging senior executives, including reporter-style pressure-testing.
High AI fluency; eager to use tooling that scales voice capture and content.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, both currently and moving forward.
