About the Role

The Scheduling Coordinator of Table Games is responsible for creating, maintaining, and modifying supervisor, dealer, and other employee schedules. This role involves managing employee time off, advising managers of scheduling issues, and overseeing adherence to policies and procedures. The position requires a strong understanding of the business impact of decisions and a commitment to guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and modify team member schedules for the Table Games Department.
  • Record time off requests for all employees of the department.
  • Advise department managers of scheduling issues.
  • Manage employee calendar, time off, and special requests.
  • Oversee the adherence of policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of our marketplace and assist in building best practices.
  • Understand the impact of actions and decisions on the Company, both financially and on guest relations.
  • Present new ideas and perspectives to create positive results.
  • Exhibit respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations, and others.
  • Put the guest at the forefront of every decision.
  • Provide great customer service to all guests.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.
  • Ability to remain organized in a pressure situation.
  • Ability to input and access information into a computer.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
