About the Role

RISE is seeking an experienced and proactive Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities in the Austin area, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both condominium and single-family communities, strong leadership, financial acumen, professional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to RISE’s procedures, policies, and tools.
Manage a portfolio of condominium and single-family communities throughout the Austin area.
Provide financial and operational leadership, offering consultative support to clients.
Review monthly Board of Directors packets and oversee mass mailings.
Attend board and membership meetings to strengthen client relationships and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing calls and messages within 24 hours.
Efficiently manage new account onboarding.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address community needs.
Foster team development through an open-door policy and guidance.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in community association management.
Experience managing both condominium and single-family communities preferred.
Multifamily property management experience preferred.
Experience managing a portfolio of communities preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Majority of work will be seated, but requires standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

$70,000-$75,000 based on experience
