About the Role
This role will support attorneys, team members, and internal/external clients to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service within the Immigration practice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence to clients.
- Open new client and new matter files using Firm software.
- Maintain paper and electronic files for Professionals and clients, including email and electronic files using Firm software.
- Schedule appointments, manage and confirm the calendar for the Immigration Team.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Set-up conference calls and video meetings.
- Prepare and submit expense/reimbursement reports.
- Open and route mail and email, attaching appropriate files and documents.
- Liaise with document services for all document production projects.
- Stay informed about changes to policy, law, and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work overtime, as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with candidates, clients and staff.
- Ability to problem-solve and anticipate issues/problems.

Experience Level
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting a high-volume immigration team at a law firm, in a professional corporate setting, or in higher education.
Education Level
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Salary/Compensations
- $75,000 - $100,000 annually
