Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans for clients across New York and beyond.
• Manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Leverage established referral relationships to drive business.
• Provide consultative and client-first service.

Requirements

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly).
• Clean regulatory record.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience.
• Luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment.
