Responsibilities
- Originate mortgage loans for clients across New York and beyond.
- Manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
- Leverage established referral relationships to drive business.
- Provide consultative and client-first service.
Requirements
- Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Clean regulatory record.
- 2+ years of front-end origination experience.
- Luxury/investor market experience preferred.
- Established referral relationships.
- Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Tech-proficient and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment.
