About the Role
Combine academic knowledge with hands-on hotel experience to develop into a hospitality professional through our Work & Study program in Hotel Management.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to Front Office & Reservations, including check-in and guest communication.
- Learn about Breakfast & Bar operations, including processes and service standards.
- Understand Housekeeping & Quality Checks, focusing on cleanliness and partner coordination.
- Engage with Revenue & Sales, including pricing strategies and customer acquisition.
- Participate in Back Office & Administration tasks, such as purchasing and reporting.
- Take on responsibility for tasks and personal projects from day one.
- Complete a four-week international internship at a European Motel One hotel.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification (A-levels, technical baccalaureate, or vocational training certificate with three years of full-time professional experience).
- Strong English proficiency.
- High degree of self-discipline, ability to work in a team, and resilience.
- Positive demeanor, commitment, and enjoyment of guest interaction.
- Initial experience in the hotel industry or willingness to complete a pre-study internship.
