About the Role

Express Flooring is seeking outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at events and trade shows. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to earn based on performance by setting appointments for potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations.
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about product offerings, address concerns, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations.
• Achieve and surpass goals during each shift.
• Attend team meetings to enhance skills.
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required.

Requirements

• People person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals.
• High energy and strong face-to-face communication skills.
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand.
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Confident team player who can work independently.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience (preferred).
