About the Role
This role is crucial for managing the company's daily cash operations, forecasting cash requirements, and optimizing treasury functions. You will collaborate with various teams and external partners to ensure efficient financial management and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash operations across multiple financing arrangements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for liquidity management and collateral reconciliation.
- Forecast short-term and longer-term cash requirements.
- Maintain relationships with lending and banking partners.
- Monitor financing facility covenants, triggers, eligibility criteria, and concentration limits.
- Assist with data collection, due diligence, and documentation for securitization issuances and warehouse facility amendments/renewals.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify, report, and forecast KPIs.
- Support ad hoc requests from senior leadership.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Finance and/or Treasury.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Focus on optimization, efficiency, and automation.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Comfortable with large data sets.
- Analytical thinker.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- Familiarity with asset-backed lending is a plus.
- Financial software and systems experience is a plus (e.g. Intacct, Oracle, SQL, Python, VBA, Claude, Adaptive, Workday, BPC, Hyperion, Planful, or similar).
- Interest in specialty finance, fintech lending, or structured products.
