About the Role
The Global Share Schemes Senior Manager will support clients and global share scheme initiatives by combining technical expertise in equity compensation with strategic thinking to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance.
- Act as a key point of contact for client projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for global equity programs.
- Support the design and rollout of global equity plans aligned with market practices and client objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and review work for accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in equity compensation, global reward, or a related field.
- Tax consulting background with demonstrable client advisory experience.
- Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
