About the Role
As a Lead Beverage and Food Server, you will lead the setup of the dining area, deliver first-class service, greet and seat members, assist with selections, support team members, anticipate member needs, and maintain a presentable environment. You will also enforce safety and sanitation standards, act as a liaison between front and back of house, handle checkout procedures, troubleshoot issues, oversee breakdown and closing duties, lead monthly inventory, and provide feedback to management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup of the dining area, ensuring it is pristine for members' arrival.
- Deliver first-class service, greet and seat members with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist members with food and beverage selections, confidently explaining menu details and preparation methods.
- Support fellow team members and managers.
- Anticipate and fulfill member needs.
- Engage with guests to make everyone feel welcome and at home.
- Maintain a presentable and inviting environment.
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards.
- Act as a liaison between the front and back of house.
- Ensure member checks are accurate.
- Handle checkout procedures and tip-outs.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Oversee the breakdown and closing duties.
- Lead monthly inventory.
- Provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a restaurant and serving position.
- Deep knowledge of wine, liquor, beer, food, and proper service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player mentality.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. as well as stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Club experience is a plus.
- Bartending experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are also a plus.

- $13 per hour plus an 18% service charge on food and beverage sales
