About the Role
This is a technical sales role with real-world impact, focused on building trusted relationships and creating long-term value for clients who depend on properly treated water systems. You will work directly with commercial and industrial clients, responding to leads, prospecting, evaluating systems, pricing solutions, and selling contracts. Unlike other companies, you will be supported by a full team, allowing you to focus on sales and account expansion.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and referrals
- Prospect within your territory
- Evaluate client water systems
- Price solutions
- Sell annual or multi-year contracts
- Ensure smooth transition of new accounts to the service team
- Unveil other one-time sales such as system cleanings or new equipment as relationships grow
Requirements
- Three to four years of industry experience in water treatment or a related mechanical or HVAC environment
- Track record of closing new business
- Ability to manage schedule independently in a field-based role
- Comfort with basic math, Excel, and CRM tools
- Clean driver's license
- Willingness to obtain a state pesticide license
- Pride in doing things the right way
- Ability to follow clear processes
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical contacts
- Value working as part of a team

- $140,000 base salary
- Base-plus-commission structure
