About the Role

This role operates at the intersection of Total Rewards, People Analytics, and HR technology, focusing on building and maintaining the operational foundations of compensation programs. You will leverage data, systems, and insights to enhance people decision-making processes and improve how the People team works through automation, AI, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer global compensation programs, including market pricing, offers, promotions, internal moves, job evaluations, and annual compensation cycles.
  • Manage salary survey participation, compensation reporting, and analyses.
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data to provide recommendations for equitable, competitive, and consistent pay decisions.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to support compensation-related decisions.
  • Maintain and improve compensation infrastructure, including Workday compensation configuration, salary structures, and global job architecture.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analyses to support compensation and broader People decisions.
  • Analyze workforce and compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies, and recommend actions.
  • Validate and audit HR data, identifying and resolving data quality issues proactively.
  • Improve reporting processes by standardizing outputs, increasing efficiency, and reducing manual work.
  • Explore and implement innovative approaches, including AI and automation, to improve People team operations and enable scalable, data-informed decision making.
  • Improve data models, reporting structures, and analytics processes over time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation, people analytics, HRIS, workforce analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards or data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently on well-defined problems and manage priorities.
  • Naturally curious, with a continuous improvement mindset and an interest in simplifying processes through automation, AI, and better ways of working.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
