About the Role

FanDuel is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Generosity Intelligence team, focusing on performance analytics, reporting, and data analysis for sportsbook generosity campaigns. This role is crucial for understanding campaign impact and effectiveness, offering an environment where curiosity is rewarded and employees are empowered to make decisions. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and customer segmentation to enhance visibility into generosity campaign performance.
  • Analyze customer behavior and promotional engagement to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct exploratory analyses and develop hypotheses to support the optimization of generosity initiatives.
  • Support campaign measurement by maintaining reporting, validating data quality, and contributing to performance evaluations.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate work, ensuring high integrity, managing AI risk, and maintaining an excellent understanding of AI output.
  • Demonstrate insights using easy-to-interpret visualizations and clear explanations of results, recommendations, methods, biases, and limitations.
  • Learn necessary skills and techniques to work with independence, integrity, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new value-add projects and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL & Microsoft Excel with experience manipulating large datasets.
  • Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Interest in sports is an advantage.
  • Interest or experience in the sports betting industry is an advantage.

  • $90,000 - $112,000 USD
