About the Role

Provide legal support on decentralized finance (DeFi) products, advising on legal issues related to decentralized digital asset offerings. This position offers the opportunity to support innovative crypto products in a rapidly evolving area of the market.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal matters related to DeFi products.
• Provide legal support for non-custodial wallet products.
• Support legal issues involving decentralized and unregulated crypto products.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide practical product advice.

Requirements

• Experience as Product Counsel supporting cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset products.
• Experience with DeFi products and non-custodial wallets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Skills

• Experience supporting decentralized finance (DeFi) companies or products.
• Experience with regulated cryptocurrency businesses.
• Familiarity with stablecoins.

• $104,500-325,000 per year for attorney roles
