Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models and analytical workflows.
  • Collaborate with project managers to refine technical specifications.
  • Build reproducible pipelines for data preparation, feature engineering, and model scoring.
  • Document modeling decisions and communicate results to non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure performance monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management using MLOps best practices.
  • Support QA, compliance, and responsible AI efforts in all deliverables.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud environments like Databricks and execution workflows.
  • Familiarity with version control, experimentation tracking, and agile delivery.
  • Experience in the logistics and consumer products sector preferred.
