About the Role
Velocity Credit Union is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant & Administrative Services Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our President/CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. This role combines executive-level support with leadership of the Credit Union's administrative support function, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and effective governance support.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and executive communications.
- Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, prepare agendas and materials, maintain official records, and record meeting minutes.
- Lead and develop the administrative support team, including coaching, performance management, workload coordination, and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain administrative standards, procedures, and best practices to support organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate executive projects, strategic initiatives, and confidential assignments requiring sound judgment and discretion.
- Manage corporate administrative programs, including vendor relationships, memberships, and other executive support functions.
- Plan and coordinate employee and corporate events.
- Build strong relationships with executives, Board members, employees, regulators, vendors, and community partners while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience, including direct support of a President/CEO, Executive Leadership Team, or Board of Directors.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, anticipate executive needs, and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
