About the Role

Collaborate with peers to create and deliver software, modeling engineering excellence to support team growth and tackle architectural challenges. Shape the technical direction of the product group, breaking down silos and driving multi-year product or platform goals through data-driven decisions and simplification of complex systems to solve customer problems effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Expertise in designing secure, scalable distributed systems.
• Experience managing software at scale.
• Proficiency in Node.js and AWS.
• Background in coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical ideas and build alignment.
