About the Role

Associate Directors manage a team of digital and programmatic practitioners, executing successful programmatic and digital campaigns for clients across the dentsu portfolio. The role includes training in industry landscape, technologies, management, client services, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Define account and audience strategy incorporating best in class process.
  • Speak to data outputs, review account performance and address concerns.
  • Ensure the team follows defined process for campaign management across digital and programmatic channels.
  • Provide effective team management and communication, focusing on leadership, delegation, and prioritization.
  • Manage monthly investment and revenue tracking across a portfolio of clients.
  • Communicate frequently with agency leads and clients regarding team performance, campaign health, and strategic growth.
  • Lead RFP responses that drive innovation.
  • Contribute to thought leadership projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest dentsu activation and internal tools.
  • Assist leadership with new business pitches.
  • Establish quarterly plans focused on account growth.
  • Formulate strategy to guide the negotiation process with site vendors based on brand needs and campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience within the programmatic and digital industry.
  • Experience managing a team with the ability to lead a highly successful team.
  • Experience across all digital media channels and ability to eloquently speak to each.
  • Consistent exceptional project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Collaboration mindset.
  • Ability to retain professionalism in all situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-through.
