About the Role
This is a fast-paced, service oriented, and team focused role. Valet Attendants are responsible for providing high-quality service and handling vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. As a Valet Attendant, you must maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent customer service, and keep a positive attitude at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the service drive
- Ensure every guest gets a warm and proper greeting
- Proactively assist guests on the drive
- Quickly and efficiently check in and direct guest vehicles
- Complete vehicle tags with Names, VIN, Model, Color, & Mileage
- Connect guests to their service advisors or person who they need to assist them
- Update and direct guests as needed
- Keep drive clear and move vehicles as needed
- Safely direct and transfer guest vehicles throughout the dealership or to guest
- Deliver vehicles to technicians, tires or requested locations
- Quickly locate, retrieve, stage, and store vehicles when requested
- Touch up vehicles as needed on drive
- Clear items for guests and provide a proper farewell
- Perform effective walk-around videos of every vehicle
- Properly document damage or any issues
- Move with a sense of urgency
- Assist with car wash tasks as needed - follow guidelines
- Wash, clean inside, vacuum and dry outside cars
- Safety park vehicles in area requested
- Inform management of any damage
- Assist loaner desk task as needed - follow guidelines
- Open and close loaner agreements
- Staging loaners for guest
- Test drives
- Pick up and deliveries of guest cars
- Inform management of any damage
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Meet grooming standards; proper uniform attire
- Report all incidents immediately to supervisor
- Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Team player - positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time
- Able to work with minimal supervision

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
- Pass a drug test
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Provide a 3 year driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
