About the Role

CRC is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and people-focused HRD Representative to support employees and create an outstanding employee experience. This role involves building relationships, managing projects, planning events, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring and onboarding activities for new team members.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Address employee questions and connect them with necessary resources.
  • Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and safety programs.
  • Help plan company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Support HR reporting, compliance, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the HRD team to enhance processes and foster a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • High level of organization with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, or a strong desire to learn.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Skills

  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.)
  • Understanding of confidentiality and ability to maintain sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to support process improvement and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to consistently apply HR policies and procedures.

Salary/Compensations
