About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resource Development Generalist to join our HR team. This role involves making work effective for everyone by boosting morale, solving problems, and ensuring employees feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • HR tech-savviness, including Microsoft Office, HRIS, and talent management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to be compassionate and empathetic while implementing decisions based on company policy.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
