About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resource Development Generalist to join our HR team. This role involves making work effective for everyone by boosting morale, solving problems, and ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Keep benefits and leave programs running smoothly.
- Handle performance feedback, investigations, and employee relations.
- Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and best practices.
- Support safety initiatives and maintain a workplace free of injuries.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
- Create and implement training programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Maintain employee records.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- HR tech-savviness, including Microsoft Office, HRIS, and talent management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to be compassionate and empathetic while implementing decisions based on company policy.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
