About the Role
Circleback is building the source of truth for everything said at a company, starting with best-in-class AI meeting notes, action items, and search. Every meeting will be AI-enabled, and we are building toward a platform that captures, organizes, and actions on the context from all conversations across a company.
Responsibilities
- Build features across the full stack and ship them.
- Understand how features connect technically and from a product standpoint.
- Ship features across web (React, Next.js), desktop (Electron, Swift), and mobile (React Native).
- Work on AI-powered outcomes, search, transcription, on-device recording, performance, and automations.
- Experiment with new AI models and techniques.
- Raise the team's bar through code review and building reusable tools.
- Ship real features to thousands of paying customers weekly.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience building and shipping software, preferably at startups.
- Experience making decisions about the right product and technical approach.
- An eye for detail.
- Strong opinions about how things should work.
- Ability to think about how something fits into the bigger picture.
- AI-native mindset, staying at the frontier of software development.
- Curiosity about how great products work.
- Desire to work on compounding tasks.
