Responsibilities
- Complete Astea Mobile Work Orders accurately and on time
- Capture labor and travel time stamps, equipment details, parts used, and expenses
- Document work performed, identify root causes, and attach electronic files and photos
- Capture customer signatures
- Provide responsive, high-level customer service
- Submit all business reporting documentation including timesheets, repair orders, and expense reports
- Identify and secure additional revenue opportunities such as service agreements and spare parts sales
- Process parts received daily and report discrepancies
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing
- Diagnose technical problems and determine solutions
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience
- Experience troubleshooting corded electric, battery, or combustion engine-powered equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and walk frequently
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to travel and drive to various locations

- Up to $5,000 yearly bonus opportunity
