About the Role

This is a general application for an internship program at Impiricus, a fast-growing AI-powered health-tech startup. Interns will gain hands-on experience, work with founders and leaders, and contribute to impactful work in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Clinical Strategy, People, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day projects and initiatives for your assigned team.
• Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize findings to support strategic decisions.
• Assist with the creation, execution, and analysis of projects, campaigns, or product features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across various departments.
• Help build, organize, and maintain internal tools, trackers, reports, or datasets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations.
• Take ownership of at least one project or deliverable and present outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated (within the last 12 months).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills

• Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Figma, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus depending on team.
