About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is seeking a Full-Time House Attendant who is passionate about excellence and creating the ultimate service experience. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of hospitality, charm, and professionalism expected by the organization.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- Restock and organize supplies such as linens and toiletries
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate staff
- Follow established cleaning and safety procedures
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
- Adhere to established schedules and work in a timely manner
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
