About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in revolutionizing the automotive retail experience. You will build high-performance, customer-centric digital storefronts for our global vehicle commerce platform, working with cross-functional teams to implement features, improve system architecture, and ensure technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design and development of scalable, reliable systems.
- Contribute hands-on to coding, prototyping, and code reviews.
- Implement modern design patterns and architectural best practices.
- Build and maintain efficient data flows using synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to improve development workflows.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and Staff Engineers to deliver customer-focused features.
- Lead technical improvements including performance optimization and system refactoring.
- Build and optimize CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Manage and enhance services deployed on Kubernetes using Helm charts.
- Ensure platform stability through robust observability, monitoring, and alerting tools.
- Implement automated deployment, scaling, and recovery solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record in designing scalable systems and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern programming paradigms.
- Experience with microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
