About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in revolutionizing the automotive retail experience. You will build high-performance, customer-centric digital storefronts for our global vehicle commerce platform, working with cross-functional teams to implement features, improve system architecture, and ensure technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the design and development of scalable, reliable systems.
  • Contribute hands-on to coding, prototyping, and code reviews.
  • Implement modern design patterns and architectural best practices.
  • Build and maintain efficient data flows using synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to improve development workflows.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and Staff Engineers to deliver customer-focused features.
  • Lead technical improvements including performance optimization and system refactoring.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
  • Manage and enhance services deployed on Kubernetes using Helm charts.
  • Ensure platform stability through robust observability, monitoring, and alerting tools.
  • Implement automated deployment, scaling, and recovery solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven track record in designing scalable systems and contributing to architectural decisions.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern programming paradigms.
  • Experience with microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
