About the Role
As Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional deal teams to develop competitive and compliant commercial offers, negotiate, and close contracts for the supply and installation of GE's wind turbines. This role owns the end-to-end commercial process, including shaping contractual positions and securing successful contract awards in line with GE policies and risk frameworks. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders while driving a clear winning strategy, manage complex, large-scale deals, anticipate and mitigate risks, influence senior leadership, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- 10+ years of relevant commercial, sales, or contract negotiation experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience working with virtual project teams.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collaborative working style.
- Comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven skills in process analysis, problem solving, and strategic thinking.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to make sound decisions in the face of ambiguity or conflicting data.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and work intensively during key negotiation periods.
