Responsibilities
- Training, technical, and clinical support for customers.
- Sales activities in the assigned territory of Central-Eastern Germany.
- Providing in-depth understanding of endovascular procedures and complex Peripheral Vascular products.
- Supporting the sales team with expertise.
- Accompanying and supporting users (interventional radiologists & angiologists, vascular surgeons) during procedures for mechanical thrombectomy or TIPS procedures, and generally during complex venous/arterial interventions in the angiography or operating room.
- Comprehensively and competently serving existing and potential customers.
- Acting as a friendly point of contact and continuously expanding customer relationships.
- Developing promising strategies for further market development.
- Implementing various initiatives for new product launches.
- Continuously increasing the market share of BDI products.
- Monitoring the entire market and competitors to derive helpful optimization measures.
- Collaborating closely with internal specialists from various departments and external opinion leaders.
- Representing the company at trade fairs and congresses.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a medical or scientific field, or comparable clinical qualification/training (nursing, OR nursing, catheter laboratory).
- Experience in sales, ideally within medical technology and preferably in endovascular vascular medicine.
- Knowledge of the German healthcare market, human anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience in creating financial analyses, implementing sales strategies, and other sales-relevant activities.
- Fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM systems (SFDC).
- Highly empathetic networker with a confident demeanor, who enjoys working results-oriented, communicates confidently at all levels, and possesses a great deal of hands-on mentality.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
- Willingness for extensive travel (80%) within Germany.
- Ideal place of residence: Leipzig / Erfurt / Dresden / Magdeburg.
