About the Role
The Sales Associate serves as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering personalized shopping experiences, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations through luxury-retail service and omni-channel selling.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand according to style and service standards
- Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs
- Source new customers and maintain ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization
- Process transactions including purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Support inventory cycles and product movement
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, and kneel
