Responsibilities

Discover new formulations and procedures for LZH lateral flow assays under supervision.
Optimize existing formulations and improve manufacturing efficiency of assay reagent manufacturing.
Use technical knowledge of immunoassays to suggest hypotheses and solve technical problems.
Maintain an electronic laboratory notebook, diligently recording data and observations.
Communicate work progress, findings, observations, and suggestions to the project leader and the company.

Requirements

Relevant Scientific degree and extensive experience performing ELISA, LFA, or other immunoassay techniques.
Awareness of product development, good laboratory practice, and safe working in an industrial laboratory.
Comfortable working with human samples such as blood.
Ability to format and analyze raw assay response data and suggest conclusions.
Ability to perform basic statistical tests.
Ability to integrate quickly into a new team and work well with others.
Recent experience working under ISO13485 or ISO9001 and GLP in an industrial laboratory, performing or developing immunoassays (nice to have).
