Responsibilities

  • Discover new formulations and procedures for LZH lateral flow assays under supervision.
  • Optimize existing formulations and improve manufacturing efficiency of assay reagent manufacturing.
  • Use technical knowledge of immunoassays to suggest hypotheses and solve technical problems.
  • Maintain an electronic laboratory notebook, diligently recording data and observations.
  • Communicate work progress, findings, observations, and suggestions to the project leader and the company.

Requirements

  • Relevant Scientific degree and extensive experience performing ELISA, LFA, or other immunoassay techniques.
  • Awareness of product development, good laboratory practice, and safe working in an industrial laboratory.
  • Comfortable working with human samples such as blood.
  • Ability to format and analyze raw assay response data and suggest conclusions.
  • Ability to perform basic statistical tests.
  • Ability to integrate quickly into a new team and work well with others.
  • Recent experience working under ISO13485 or ISO9001 and GLP in an industrial laboratory, performing or developing immunoassays (nice to have).
