About the Role
Crestwood is seeking a Program Director to lead and coordinate rehabilitation programs, ensuring compliance with policies and timely reporting. This role is crucial in supporting clients on their recovery journey within a compassionate community.
Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program.
- Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program.
- Ensures timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
- Must meet regulatory educational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician.
- At least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting.
- One year of experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
