About the Role

Crestwood is seeking a Program Director to lead and coordinate rehabilitation programs, ensuring compliance with policies and timely reporting. This role is crucial in supporting clients on their recovery journey within a compassionate community.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program.
  • Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program.
  • Ensures timely completion of respective reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
  • Must meet regulatory educational standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician.
  • At least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting.
  • One year of experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
