About the Role

As a key partner to the VP of Marketing, you will own the execution of marketing workstreams, including agency management, campaign delivery, event programming, and member communications in a fast-paced, luxury aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing workstream tracker and support the VP of Marketing on key priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end agency and vendor relationships, including briefs, timelines, and quality control.
• Execute marketing campaigns across social, email, paid, and content channels.
• Lead event programming for member experiences and brand activations.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate production efforts.
• Oversee member communications, including quarterly updates and ad hoc touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project management, or brand operations.
• Experience in luxury fashion, hospitality, automotive, tech, or high-end creative agencies.
• Proven ability to manage agency or vendor relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong written communication skills for briefs and internal updates.
• Proficiency in Monday.com or equivalent project management software.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Prior experience partnering directly with senior marketing or brand leadership.
• Genuine appreciation for luxury culture.
